The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program is a relationship-strengthening framework based on decades of research about how parent-child relationships can be supported to provide secure attachment. It helps parents and caregivers navigate challenging moments with more confidence, make sense of their child’s behaviors and emotional needs, and build deeper connections in a supportive, small-group environment.
